Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Squat Snatch
1st set @ 50%
2nd set @ 55%
3rd set @ 60%
and then reset back to 50% and start over on 4th & 8th set

Metcon - AMRAP x 15
60 Double-Unders (2:1)
30 Abmat Sit Ups
15 Overhead Squats (115/80)
