At Gorilla Crossfit we like to think of ourselves as a one stop shop. With option ranging from standard gym membership to CrossFit, you're sure to find what you need with us.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power.
Bootcamps are one hour long interval training, consisting of light weights and bodyweight movements maintained at a high intensity. They are offered 3 days a week. See schedule for times.
We offer 30 minute or 1 hour personal training sessions for those who prefer one on one programming designed specifically for them.
We offer help with nutrition and meal plans for those interested.
Standard gym membership includes 24/7 access to a fully equipped weight room with free weights, weight machines, and cardio machines.
